PCI Health Training Center was founded by Dr. Roy Rose in 1978 as the Academy for Medical and Dental Assistants. We received our initial ACCSC accreditation in 1983, became PCI Health Training Center in 1990 under Prince Careers Inc., and expanded to a second campus in Richardson, TX in 2005. Today, under the leadership of CEO Mrs. Rhonda White, PCI continues to uphold the highest standards of career education — helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life build meaningful careers in healthcare.
