Physicians prioritize hiring candidates who have received training in an accredited MOA program like the one offered by PCI Health Training Center to eligible students. Our courses provide in-depth education about medical terminology, managing patient records, and other administrative skills essential to working in a busy doctor’s office.
PCI Health Training Center offers a program for prospective MOAs comprised of 400 hours of classroom training (four months) and 200 hours of onsite externship in a real-world setting. Most students can complete the course in as little as six months. While experiencing what it will be like working as a Medical Office Assistant, students are supervised by qualified individuals in a lab, clinic, hospital, or medical office environment.
